The other evening Sead and I decided to visit a new neighbour, SunnyCider. This is the first cider house in Calgary and we were super excited that it was close by. We got the chance to talk to Denise and Darlene who are two of the three owners and the more we learned about this place, the more we loved it.

SunnyCider sources as much fruit as they can locally and Dennis shared some interesting facts about how they process their cider. Sead and I each had a flight of different ciders. The selection was pretty big and also included ciders from other places from Canada and abroad. Not only that, their menu looked amazing. We tried the flatbread and we can’t wait to go back and try out more. SunnyCider also puts on special events that is listed on their Facebook page. Donna, our VP, went to the Spanish Paella event in the summer and had an amazing time.
