Vehicles

Remove all valuables from your vehicle, including garage door openers, loose change, registration, and insurance. This applies even if your vehicle is parked in the garage!

Attached/Detached Garage

Close the overhead door, and always lock the main door between garage and residence.

Residence

Do not leave anything lying around outside, lock your gates, close, and lock all windows, and turn on an outside light.

If you are away on vacation…

Arrange for someone to watch your house/property, pick up your mail and packages, mow your lawn and put out/take in your garbage bins.
Put exterior and interior lights on timers.
Do not advertise your vacation plans on social media platforms.
