March is community awareness month.

The goal of community awareness is to increase the community’s knowledge of the available programs and services offered. This is accomplished by informing the general public through various activities.

We strive to inform through the Calgary Marlborough Community website, advertising through social media, signage both in front of out building and throughout the community, and by taking part in various events throughout the city. We offer programs for seniors and children to create the sense of Community Pride.

Carlos Arce-Abrego as our Community Pride Director, has brought awareness to our community and what we offer to the residents and users of the facility. We are pleased that he has been recognized for his efforts by the Federation of Calgary Communities as the “Face of the Community” for Calgary Marlborough.
