Tai Chi isn’t just a martial art—it’s a gentle, full-body practice that helps you feel more balanced, flexible, and calm. Rooted in ancient Chinese tradition, Tai Chi has been practiced for centuries and is still loved around the world today.
In our Tai Chi program, you’ll move through a series of slow, flowing exercises that feel almost like a graceful dance. Each movement blends smoothly into the next, paired with deep, steady breathing. This calming rhythm helps melt away stress, boost your energy, and leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
Cost & How to Join
Tai Chi program is open to all skill levels and offers flexible pricing:
- $40 for 10 classes (prepaid)
- $5 for drop-in sessions (pay at the door)
To join the class, participants must have an active CMCA Membership and sign a waiver form before attending.
You can get your membership here, or sign up in person before the class.

Important Notice for Participants
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our members, we require that every participant fills out a waiver form before engaging in any of our programs. This includes both our yearly waiver and the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par-Q).
These forms are essential for assessing readiness for participation and help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Please remember to bring your completed forms before starting a new class or program.
