Yoga at Calgary Marlborough

Calgary Marlborough Yoga program is designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga, with a focus on mindful movements and relaxation.

Yoga can provide many benefits, including improved mental clarity and focus, increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, and enhanced physical and mental well-being. Our beginner program is designed to help you get the most out of your practice while allowing you to progress at your own pace.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, blocks, and straps if you have them.

Cost & How to Join

The Yoga program is open to all skill levels and offers flexible pricing:

  • $40 for 10 classes (prepaid)
  • $5 for drop-in sessions (pay at the door)

To join the class, participants must have an active CMCA Membership and sign a waiver form before attending. 

You can get your membership here, or sign up in person before the class.

Important Notice for Participants

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our members, we require that every participant fills out a waiver form before engaging in any of our programs. This includes both our yearly waiver and the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par-Q).

These forms are essential for assessing readiness for participation and help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Please remember to bring your completed forms before starting a new class or program.
