Calgary Marlborough Community Association is hosting the City of Calgary Community Cleanup.
This is an annual event where residents can drop off items that do not fit in their waste and recycling carts. This service is free of charge to all Calgarians.
The City Of Calgary will have garbage disposal trucks so bring in those old couches, BBQs, toilets and mattresses. There will be no yard waste trucks available this year.
We will not accept paint, household chemicals, batteries, used oil, sod, drywall, cement blocks, propane tanks, glass or tires.
Technotrash will also be there to collect all your electronic waste like old TVs, computers, printers and the rest of your electronic junk and Copage Metal will be collecting all things metal.
We will have a giveaway table where you can leave or take some gently used items. No need to feel guilty about tossing out perfectly good stuff–someone else will love it!
Volunteer for Calgary Marlborough Community Cleanup
We have multiple volunteer positions available at different time slots; 8-10 am, 10 am-12 pm, and 12 pm-2 pm. There will be a hand sanitizing station and we will provide masks, gloves and lunch to all volunteers. Please select a position and a time slot and sign up using the form.
